Experienced Experiential Designer | Head of Visual Merchandising | Beauty Retail Fanatic

With over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry, I have a deep understanding of the trends, preferences, and needs of our customers, as well as the strategies and tools that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

At JVN, I led the design and execution of all visual merchandising and experiential marketing initiatives across all projects including, pop-ups, events, and retail partners. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to create compelling and consistent brand stories that showcase products, values, and mission. Furthermore, my responsibilities also included budget management, project timelines, and quality of all visual experiences, ensuring they met our standards and goals.

Before joining JVN, I was the Associate Director of Visual Merchandising and Events at Perricone MD, where I managed all aspects of in-store merchandising design, development, and execution across all of our retailers, globally. I successfully conceptualized and executed the major linear retrofit in 2018 to support our rebrand, which had a major part in increasing our sales and visibility in Sephora and Ulta doors across the country. I also led the design and execution of the Pop Up - Outlet store, the Sephora linear overhaul, and various merchandising proposals for potential retailer partnerships.

My passion is to create innovative and engaging retail spaces that reflect the vision and mission of each product and brand.
